The soul thrives with a pause during the day for silence and solitude. The Lord Jesus often went up into a mountain to be alone and pray. Many people are addicted to background noise. Turn off the TV, radio, CD, and get alone with God. Clean the clutter and clatter from your life by exercising silence and solitude for five minutes each day.

The window lets in light. A quiet time with the Lord will let in His light for your life.
