On January 1, 2004, my son, James A. Baxter, began to serve as Senior Pastor of New Hope Presbyterian Church, in Olathe, Kansas. It is the PCA Church that I founded in December, 1977. He is thus ministering to people of whom I was pastor for the 26 years I lived in Olathe. In some cases, he has people in his congregation who are children, grandchildren, or great-grandchildren of people who were members of the Churches I served in that city from 1967 to 1993. |
